Andy Parrino Named to American Baseball Coaches Association Northeast Region First Team

Andy Parrino

Battery alum, Andy Parrino, a sophomore at Le Moyne College, started in all 52 games during the 2006 season. He hit .363 with four homeruns and 29 RBI for the Dolphins. He was named the region's top second baseman; topped Le Moyne' with a .435 on-base percentage. He ranked second in the team in batting average. Andy's 73 hits are the fourth-most in a single season since Le Moyne became a Division I program in 1989.

Andy was also named to the All MAAC First Team, and he played for the Manchester Silkworms of the New England Collegiate Baseball League during the 2006 summer.

Andy continues to train at The Battery when he is home.

The Battery's 33rd Anniversary

On March 2nd, 2016 The Battery celebrated its 33th anniversary of training champions.

As a small family owned and run business, we are proud to contribute to make reality the dreams of thousands of young people.

We are proud of The Battery students who through the years have signed with Division 1 colleges and universities; proud of those who signed professional contracts , and proud to have  a Battery-trained student in the major leagues.

We are proud of the lives we have touched and the friends we have made.
