Battery Students' Performances (May 20, 2012)

Junior Brady Sass threw a complete game for Caledonia Mumford, striking out five. Junior Tom Barefoot went 2-4 and had three RBI.

Senior Alyssa Dixon threw a one hitter with thirteen strikes out for Webster Schroeder; she also had one hit and two RBI.

8th grader Halie Mariano had four hits, score three runs and had three RBI for Pittsford Mendon JV.8th

Senior Nicole Rivera pitched a whole game for Mercy to earn the win. Sophomore Aidan Falk hit a home run.

8th grader Sean Kenyon  had ne hit and drew a walk for Webster Schroeder M.

Freshman Leighann Pettis threw a three hitter with twelve strike outs. She also went 2-4 at the plate.

Junior Jake Abbott hit a solo home run for Rush Henrietta and had three RBI.

Senior Katherine Ghyzel earned the win for Brighton by striking out eight.

8th grader Dom Palma went 2-3, with two triples and had two RBI for Hilton F.

Freshman Shelby Perry hit two doubles for Brockport.

Sophomore Marissa O’Leary had two hits and scored two runs for Pittsford Sutherland. Sophomore Caitlin Hanrahan went 3-4, including a double, and scored two runs.

Junior Zack Jackson pitched seven innings for Churchville Chili; he also had a hit.

Senior Courtney Budynas went 3-4 and had one RBI for Honeoye Falls Lima.

8th grader Halie Mariano doubled and scored one run for Pittsford Mendon JV.

8th grader Joseph Di Caro had one hit, drew a walk, stole one base, scored one run and had one RBI for Gates Chili F.

Junior Danielle Adams had one hit and two RBI for Greece Arcadia.

Senior Daniel Brust had one hit for Hilton.

Sophomore Kelsey Johnson hit a triple and scored two runs for Greece Athena.

8th grader Dom Palma went 2-3, with two triples and one RBI for Hilton F.

Junior Anna Valentine pitched a complete game with eleven strike outs for Pittsford Mendon. Junior Kelsey Julien had three hits, including two doubles.

Sophomore Courtney Leverett went 5-5, with two doubles a a triple for Fairport JV; she score five runs and had four RBI. Sophomore Jess Mallow went 2-2, with a double, scored two runs and had two RBI.

Senior Jordan Sarat threw a two hitter with thirteen strike outs for Caledonia Mumford. Freshman Hannah Anderson had three hits, including two doubles, scored five runs, drew a walk and had one RBI.

7th grader Isabelle  Selvek had four hits, including a double and a triple, stole five bases and had two RBI for Greece Apollo M.

Junior Becky Knorr pitched a one hitter for Greece Arcadia. Junior Morgan Boyce had two RBI.

8ty grader Dom Palma went 3-4, with two doubles and had two RBI for Hilton F.

Junior Zack Jackson had a hit and drew a walk for Churchville Chili.

Sophomore Lexi Stiewe pitched a shutout game for Greece Athena; at the plate she was 3-4, with three RBI and scored two runs. Sophomore Sierra Valentine went 4-4, with a two run homer.

Senior Danielle Consaul had a hit for Churchville Chili.

Junior Jake Bower went 3-4 and had one RBI for Holley.

Senior Katherine Ghyzel pitched a four hitter with eleven strike outs for Brighton; she also went 3-4 with three RBI.  JuniorsKiera Lorenzo and Emily Foo each had two hits.

Senior Elaina Evinsky threw a five hitter for Spencerport; she also hit a double.

Freshman Shelby Perry hit an RBI single for Brockport.

8th grader Taryn Welch had three hits for Pittsford Mendon JV, including two triples. 8th grader Halie Mariano had two hits, including a double and scored two runs.

Senior Theresa Clancy, sophomore Aidan Falk and sophomore Tess Newell each had three hits for Mercy. Aidan also scored three runs and had three RBI.

Senior Caleb Branch’s single drove the winning run for Churchville Chili. Junior Zack Jackson pitched three of the 12 inning game. Caleb also drew a walk.

Senior Courtney Clark pitched a complete game for Webster Thomas, striking out eight. she also went 2-2, with one RBI.

Junior Anna Valentine threw a three hitter for Pittsford Mendon, striking out fourteen. Senior Katie Brennan had three hits.

Junior Ryann Sullivan had three hits and scored three runs for Brockport. Freshman Shelby Perry had two hits and three RBI.

Senior Alissa Dixon pitched a complete game with twenty strike outs for Webster Schroeder, reaching her 99th high school career win.

Senior Mike Roman has two hits and one RBI for Spencerport. He is also the D&C Athlete of the Week.

Senior Lexi Haley threw a no hitter with 20 strike outs for Aquinas.

Sophomore Brandon Davis had one hit for Irondequoit.

Senior Courtney Budynas had three hits for Honeoye Falls Lima.

Junior Liz Maier had a two run homer for Pittsford Sutherland. Sophomore Marissa O’Leary went 2-3.
